Urd, Skuld, and Peorth hold an informal contest as to who is the most useful goddess to Keiichi, but they end up causing trouble for him and Belldandy at Nekomi Tech.

Summary

Peorth lets herself into Keiichi's room in the morning and slides into his futon, putting her arms around him just as he is waking up. Keiichi panics at her advances, as Peorth correctly believes Belldandy doesn't wake him up like this. Skuld walks by them and angrily prepares to throw a bomb at Keiichi for acting like a pervert, but Peorth magically disarms it and tells her that she's not old enough to grant a person's deepest wish, which just makes her angry.

Urd confronts Peorth in the hall and again tells her that it's pointless to try and take Keiichi from Belldandy, but Peorth says that nothing is impossible for her and claims that she wouldn't understand because she's only a second-class goddess. This angers Urd and makes her think Peorth wants to fight, and both she and Skuld confront her.

Keiichi is enjoying his breakfast when the three goddesses barge into the room and tell him that they're holding a contest to see which goddess is the most helpful of all, and they want Keiichi to judge them. Belldandy immediately tells them to stop, as she believes they're just embarrassing Keiichi, but Peorth tells Belldandy that she is just worried she will steal Keiichi from her and says that she should join the contest too. To escape the tense situation, Keiichi excuses himself by saying he needs to get to Nekomi Tech, but Urd, Skuld, and Peorth simultaneously use teleportation methods on Keiichi that make him disappear. The three goddesses, unable to determine who actually teleported Keiichi, rush to Nekomi Tech to continue the contest, while Belldandy speaks to nearby birds to help her find Keiichi before the others.

Keiichi finds himself at the top of a water fountain at Nekomi Tech when Belldandy finds and rescues him. Sitting on a bench, she apologizes to him for her sisters acting crazy, but Keiichi tells her that she shouldn't always apologize for other people's excesses. He then tells her that he feels bad because she always helps him out but he can never do the same for her, but Belldandy tells him that she loves helping him be himself.

Nearby, Urd, Skuld, and Peorth eavesdrop on them when Keiichi suddenly realizes that he left a checklist he needs today at home on the top of his desk. Immediately, the three goddesses summon the items on Keiichi's desk to their location, but they summon a bunch of unrelated items that Belldandy has to return via-mirror transport, while the other goddesses argue over whose fault it was.

Belldandy returns and finds Keiichi inside, where he complains that a printer he needs to use is malfunctioning. Urd, Skuld, and Peorth hear this from outside and again simultaneously try to help, which causes the printer to go haywire and work even when it's not plugged in; the goddesses decide to scamper off when they realized what happened.

After finishing his experiment, Keiichi and Belldandy are again alone on a bench when a strong gust of wind flips up a woman's skirt, and Keiichi gets a glimpse of her underwear. Knowing he likes seeing that, Urd, Peorth, and even Skuld use their respective methods to create more strong wind, but they completely overdo it and cause the stack of school papers Keiichi is holding to fly into the air. Belldandy begins a magical spell to bring them back, but Urd and Skuld also try helping even as Peorth warns them to not overlap spells.

Belldandy is suddenly thrown to the ground, seemingly injured, while a series of numbers from Keiichi's papers are slapped onto Keiichi's hand as well as a bunch of other people and places around campus. Peorth explains to Keiichi that this is what happens when a program is overcharged, and she chants Yggdrasil's computer language to fix everything and return Keiichi's papers to a single pile. While Peorth is expecting Keiichi to give her a well-deserved thanks, he's too busy with Belldandy, who wants to apologize to him for not being useful. However, Keiichi tells her that she's more than useful today and comforts her.

At home, Urd and Skuld fight over who messed up more, and Peorth realizes that Keiichi is entirely focused on Belldandy and not her and is confused as to why. She then finds a letter Keiichi addressed to her where he thanks her for her help. Instinctively, Peorth wants to think of the letter as his way of mocking her but she realizes that after winning the trust of a first-class goddess and making him feel "this way" toward him, she is more and more interested in him.
