Sigel as a "Welcome Robot"
Sigel was originally a "welcome robot" that Banpei fell in love with (chapter 92), and later on Skuld animates her and even gives her emotion circuits (chapter 102). However, Skuld didn't program her to like Banpei, so Banpei had his work cut out for him!

Sigel's an interesting character, to say the least. It's obvious that she's beginning to have feelings for Banpei, but their relationship moves even slower than Keiichi and Belldandy's relationship... then again, Sigel is very pigheaded in a sense and very adamant about not being too comfortable around Banpei.
==Powers==
Unlike Banpei , her robotic weapon arsenal is very limited. She only has roller skates for high speeds and rocket punches for attacking. But according to Skuld those Rocket Punches are casual equipments for robots. This is (maybe) due to Banpei-kun's love for Sigel.
