The newly separated Demon-half of Urd plots to trap Belldandy after trapping Skuld.
Summary[]
Belldandy and Keiichi find Banpei without any power in Nekomi. Nearby, Demon Urd plots to seal-up Belldandy with a mirror just like she did with Skuld, but Mara questions why she is doing that. After all, her job as a Demon on Earth is to find humans who made contracts with goddesses and convince them to sign Demon contracts instead. However, Demon Urd calls Mara naive and says that if she wants to expand the Demon market share, she ought to take over the entire Earth, and as for the seals, they can be easily taken off and they can make some money off of them. Mara doesn't entirely trust Demon Urd (rightfully so, as Urd plans to get rid of Mara as soon as she's no longer useful) but decides to go along with her plan.
Back at the Temple, Keiichi reassures a worried Belldandy that Urd and Skuld are alright because he has a good sixth sense for crises. Belldandy thanks Keiichi for his words and begins preparing tea when Demon Urd suddenly enters the Temple. Demon Urd claims that Mara had challenged her to a karaoke re-match that kept her away from home and that she met Skuld, who went to look for a missing Banpei. Knowing that they already brought Banpei back home, Keiichi goes out by himself to find Skuld.
At Mara's arcade, the locks constraining up Urd suddenly shatter. Now free, Urd hears someone crying out for help inside a nearby seal mirror. She uses magic to free the person inside, who turns out to be Skuld. They eventually realize that Mara split Urd into demon and goddess halves and that the demon Urd was the one who sealed Skuld and that the Urd who freed her was her goddess half (evidenced by how unusually polite this Urd is behaving).
At the Temple, Demon Urd attempts to use a magical sphere on Belldandy to seal her up, but Belldandy doesn't give her the opportunity to sneak up on her. Then, Keiichi returns home because he forgot his motorcycle helmet, and Demon Urd decides to switch targets. While Belldandy goes off to find Keiichi's helmet, Urd offers to tell him where Skuld is if he closes his eyes and opens his mouth, which Keiichi does. Demon Urd kisses him on the lips just as Belldandy sees them. Emotionally shocked, Belldandy runs outside in a panic, allowing Demon Urd to sneak up behind her.
However, before Demon Urd can seal Belldandy, a rocket explosion knocks her away. It came from Skuld's rocket launcher, as she and Goddess Urd suddenly appear and declare that the Demon Urd is not the real one.
