Knowing that Peorth can not continue to live with him without compromising his relationship with Belldandy, Keiichi attempts to make her leave by finally having her satisfy his heart's desire.

Summary

Urd confronts Keiichi in his room, telling him that it's his fault that Peorth continues to stay with them. She accuses him of possibly liking Peorth being around him all the time and having no consideration for Belldandy's feelings, as well as forgetting her "jealousy storms" that happen when Keiichi is around another woman. She tells him that he needs to get rid of Peorth, and Keiichi gets up and exits the room.

Keiichi peeks inside Belldandy's room and finds her seemingly deep in thought. Keiichi assumes that her jealousy storms are ready to flare up again, but as it turns out, Belldandy was just thinking about how she ought to hold a "Welcome to Earth" party for Peorth. Nevertheless, Keiichi finds Peorth outside and asks her exactly what he needs to say to her, but she tells him that his heart's desire must come from him, and the system will know whether or not it's true. That said, given that this will never end the way things are going, Peorth gives him a hint and instructs him to look for something inside the drafting desk in his room.

Keiichi retrieves the hint Peorth was referring to—one of his dirty magazines—and he realizes that Peorth has come here to satisfy his sexual desires, though Peorth is surprised that he has only now figured that out. She offers to "do it" with him, but Keiichi flatly turns her down, saying that he can't imagine doing such a thing when no love is involved. Peorth realizes what he means and asks if there is no love between them, and when he confirms that, she has something to tell him.

Peorth "declares" her love for Keiichi, and he remembers what Belldandy said long ago about how first-class goddesses such as Peorth are incapable of lying, but Peorth realizes that Keiichi failed to recognize how she neither lied nor told the truth and now uses it to her advantage. She asks him his request, and Keiichi answers that she wants her to "satisfy his heart's desire". Just with Belldandy, the emblem on Peorth's forehead glows brightly as Keiichi suddenly tells her that he's changed his mind. Unfortunately, Peorth tells him that his wish has been approved by Yggdrasil, and now, to satisfy his heart's desire, she suddenly begins undressing in front of him.

Keiichi promptly runs away from Peorth, his plan for quickly making her leave going up in smoke. He runs into Belldandy inside the house, and realizing Peorth is still chasing him, grabs Belldandy's hand and drags her along on his escape. They get on his motorcycle and speed off, but Peorth finds and commandeers Belldandy's bicycle, using magic to boost her speed as she pursues.

Keiichi spots Peorth gaining on them in his rearview mirror, and Belldandy asks him about what he had done to her. He reluctantly admits that he made his wish to her. As Peorth gets neck-and-neck with them, she says that she now knows his "dark desires", before Belldandy uses magic to make her bicycle smaller and reduce its speed. However, Keiichi's motorcycle is about to run out of fuel, and he is forced to switch to the reserve fuel tank and head to the Motor Clubhouse to hide with Belldandy.

Inside, Belldandy asks Keiichi about his wish, and Keiichi tells himself that he must be more honest with himself. He's aware that Belldandy isn't shutting him off from advancing their relationship and may even want more herself, but he feels that something's keeping him from taking the final step, even as he knows she loves him. Peorth then finds their hideout, as Tamiya had already given her a tour of the entire NIT campus, and again says she's ready to fulfill his wish. Belldandy pleads with Peorth to stop torturing Keiichi, but Peorth accuses her of torturing him, reminding her that he is a man with desires and saying she feels bad for Keiichi if she is only staying with him out of a sense of duty.

Belldandy tells Peorth that if she was only here out of duty, she wouldn't feel so hurt right now. Instead, she's here because she loves Keiichi. While she struggles to say anything else, Keiichi comforts her and tells her that everything is okay, because she has now satisfied his heart's desire.

As they embrace, Keiichi thanks Peorth for helping to satisfy him, and that he doesn't need anything else from her. Sighing, Peorth reaches for the nearest phone and calls Heaven, saying that her mission is complete. She tells Keiichi that he missed out on her service and that they'll probably never see each other again, but she nonetheless thanks him for choosing her. Belldandy asks Peorth if she had set everything up just to make her say those words to Keiichi, but she simply answers that there is something pure and special about her, which, while annoying, is not capable of making her hate her.

As Peorth returns to Heaven, Skuld finds that her entire collection of manga is gone, Peorth having stolen it for herself. Meanwhile, Keiichi wonders if Peorth helping him with Belldandy was her way of paying him back for all the trouble she gave him, while the narrator questions if she'd done it because of how she feels about him.
